Rainbow Middle School has one of the finest libraries in Etowah County. Our library is fully automated with over 8000 books. Our students have access to 8 computers in the library that are used for library searching, Accelerated Reader, Star reading tests, Internet research, word processing, and Print Shop projects. The students and faculty at Rainbow Middle also enjoy coming to the library to spend quiet time reading the latest magazines and newspapers. |

The Rainbow Middle School strongly encourages our students to read at all levels. We purchase hundreds of new books and Accelerated Reader quizzes each year. The list for all of our quizzes may be found in our school media center. We encourage all of our students to use our local public libraries, but recommend that all students that need to take AR tests to first check the AR list in the school media center. This list is updated several times during the school year. |
